2. Consulting Services

2.1 Scope

Smart Tax Advisory provides guidance and optimization planning related to tax obligations. Sessions may be conducted online or in person.

2.2 Scheduling and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Fees are listed on our site.

2.3 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund

• If you cancel a one-on-one session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may transfer your booking to another date without additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are nonrefundable, due to preparation costs and reserved consultant time.

3. Information Products

3.1 Delivery

Digital materials, such as guides and templates, are delivered instantly after purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy

• Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access.
• No refunds are available after the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or by direct bank transfer if unavailable.

4. Goods

4.1 Shipping

Physical items are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times may vary.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.
• Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by bank transfer.

5. Refund Procedures

All refund requests should be directed via our contact form. Refunds are subject to verification and may take up to 10 business days to process. In cases where a refund is not available, Smart Tax Advisory may offer credit toward future services or products. Transfers of service to another individual require explicit approval and are only granted if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

6. Nonrefundable Offerings

Certain promotional packages, group workshops, and special-rate consultations are sold on a nonrefundable basis due to discounted pricing and administrative commitments. Such restrictions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
